Terminologie/ Terminology

Désigné/ Designated : Désigne les FSS financés par Santé Ontario qui sont désignés en vertu du Règlement de l'Ontario 398/93 : Désignation des organismes de services publics de la Loi sur les services en français, pour fournir des services de santé au public en français. La désignation peut être totale ou partielle. Les FSS partiellement désignés ont les mêmes obligations qu'un FSS entièrement désigné, mais elles concernent des programmes ou des services spécifiques.

Refers to Ontario Health-funded-funded HSPs that are designated under O. Reg. 398/93: Designation of Public Service Agencies of the French Language Services Act, to provide health services to the public in French. The designation can be full or partial. Partially designated HSPs have the same obligations as a fully designated HSP but it pertains to specific programs or services.

Identifié/ Identified : Désigne les FSS financés par Santé Ontario qui ont été sélectionnés par les planificateurs régionaux locaux pour fournir des services de santé au public en français, conformément à leur capacité existante en matière de services de santé en français, et qui travaillent à l'obtention d'une désignation en vertu de la Loi sur les services en français.

Refers to Ontario Health-funded HSPs that have been selected by local regional planners to provide health services to the public in French, in accordance with their existing French Language Health Services capacity, and are working towards obtaining designation under the French Language Services Act.

Non- identifié/ Non-identified: Désigne les FSS financés par Santé Ontario qui ont été sélectionnés par les planificateurs régionaux locaux pour fournir des services de santé au public en français, conformément à leur capacité existante en matière de services de santé en français, et qui travaillent à l'obtention d'une désignation en vertu de la Loi sur les services en français.
